REGLAMENT OF CARRYING OUT


THE OPEN CHAMPIONSHIP OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS AND CITY OF MINSK AMONG MASTERS ON KETTLEBELL LIFTING

1. THE CONDUCTING ORGANIZATION:

Public organization "Belarusian masters of kettlebell lifting" and Department of Physical Culture, Sport and Tourism of Minsk City Executive Committee (http://minsk.gov.by/en/).

2. THE ADDRESS AND PLACE of CARRYING OUT:

The Competitions are held from 9 to 11 March 2012, at the address: Str. Lev Sapiehi, 15. The Registration athletes held March 10, 2012 at the venue of the competition. If necessary, meetings and accommodation in advance please contact the organizing committee.

3. PARTICIPANTS OF COMPETITIONS:

The sportsman no age limit, with the admission of the doctor and health insurance.

4. FORMAT AND RULES OF COMPETITIONS:

OPEN CHAMPIONSHIP OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS:

MAN:

Exercise: The jerk on a long cycle (long jerk).

The age group and weight kettlebell:

to 19 years (24 kg), 20–29 (32 kg), 30-39 (24 kg), 40-49 (24 kg), 50-59 (20 kg), older than 60 years (16 kg).

Weight categories:

To 60, 70, 80, 90, over 90 kg

The competition scheme:

1) The classic long cycle - exercise is carried out with 2 kettlebells,
regulation time - 5 minutes. The takes into account the age groups and weight categories. The weight in kettlebell according to age.


2) The sprint - exercise is performed with a single kettlebell interchangeably right and left hand, with one-time interception. In the absence of interception during the exercise - the result is not considered. Regulation time - 3 minutes. The takes into account the age groups, absolute weight category. The weight in kettlebell according to age.

3) The half-marathon - exercise is performed with a single kettlebell interchangeably right and left hand (unlimited changes). Time - 30 minutes. The takes into account the age groups, absolute weight category. The weight in kettlebell according to age.

4) The relay race in Marathon. Team competition. The number of participants - 3 persons . Time: 30 minutes per participant. The weight in kettlebell: 24 kg. Participants consistently perform the following exercises: jerk, snatch, long cycle. Age groups and weight categories - absolute. The possible to extend the results of the participants in the relay of other program events competitions (half marathon).

OPEN CHAMPIONSHIP IN MINSK

MAN:

The age group and weight kettlebell:

Younger age - to 29 (32 kg), middle age 30-49 (24 kg), late life 50 - 59 (20 kg), veteran - older than 60 years (16 kg)

Weight categories:

To 60, 80, 100, over 100 kg

3) The half-marathon - exercise is performed with a single kettlebell interchangeably right and left hand (unlimited changes). Exercise: jerk, snatch. Time - 30 minutes. The takes into account the age groups, absolute weight category. The weight in kettlebell according to age.

4) The relay race. Team competition. The number of participants - 3 persons. Time: 3 minutes per participant. The weight in kettlebell: 24 kg. Exercise: jerk (2 kettlebells), snatch one-time interception. Age groups and weight categories - absolute.

5) Free ways lifting methods of kettlebell (non traditional). The nomination, weight of kettlebell, the rules, only by preliminary agreement with the Organizing Committee. Age group and weight class are not counted.

WOMEN: The age group and weight kettlebell:


to 40 years (12 kg), older than 40 years (8 kg)

Weight categories:

To 60, over 60 kg

The competition scheme:

1) Snatch - one-time interception. Time: 10 minutes.

2) The half-marathon - exercise is performed with a single kettlebell interchangeably right and left hand (unlimited changes). Exercise: snatch. The weight in kettlebell: 8 kg. Time - 30 minutes. The takes into account the age groups and weight categories.
